Great phone! Bought this phone system for 93 year old parents. Was able to teach my 93 year old father with severe dementia to call me by hitting the button I labeled HELP. He doesn't know who I am anymore so a photo of me did not help. But he knows HELP. My mom has poor vision but can feel the buttons. Buying another one so they can each keep one on their walker.
Great phone easy to program. Don't forget to get the base unit as well. Mom does not like this handset because she says it is too lightweight but it works great!
Like those pictures on it.. easy and fast to operate ..great system..
Got this as an extension to the VTech VTSN5147 phone set. For elderly mom who has dementia and has a hard time calling us. This makes it so much easier. Used white paper with black marker with our names to fill in the button space.. It is smaller than a normal cordless phone though.
Easy to program and easy to use for my elderly mother.
Waiting on official phone service, but set up has been good so far.
It was the wrong thing its an accessory not a phone itself and if doesnt work with all phones needed to be returned and exchanged for the next model up.
