I purchased this item for my daughter to take when out jogging alone. We needed something small and this will work well. I feel better knowing she will have this on hand but hope she never needs to use it.
Haven't had to use it yet, but the gf is happy and feels a tad safer!!

Difficult to find in stores. This is economical.
Bought two of these for my daughters, haven't tried them but I hope they work IF my girls ever need them. I do plan to try it to see but have had my daughters carrying pepper spray since age 18. Better safe than sorry. I have paid as much as $12 for this same product elsewhere so even with shipping cost, this was cheaper. I don't understand why I couldn't save the shipping cost and have it site-to store or why they don't carry in-store as other stores in the area do.
I bought this for my nephew and niece both 15 just in case something would happened, its better to be safe than sorry and this is just what they needed, its small light and compact, so yeah hopefully it will never have to be used but its better to have something ready just in case than to have nothing at all.
Spray works okay. The literature with it says it will go 8 ft. I tested it to be sure it is working, and from that test, I doubt that it extends 8 ft. It looked to me like I would have to be pretty close to something to hit it.
Next time I'd spend a little more - cheap clip & after I tested it it seems to keep leaking a little.
