I love this dispenser I don't have to fill bottles up anymore this I fill twice a week I keep mine in the refrigerator so I have cold water all the time. It's a pretty solid dispenser not Chintzy like some others!
You can tell how clean the water is at first sip. Grateful that my family and I drink clean water with no worries of contaminating our body and health.
I have been enjoying my 30 cup zero water dispenser thoroughly. The water taste quality is superb. It was my turn to host a holiday, so for Easter I cooked and serve beverages but everyone focus and curiosity was on my water dispenser. Turns out I wasted money on soda drinks because everyone insisted on drinking zerowater. My water was a bigger hit than my Easter spread. Thank you Zerowater for being so great and even a better idea for birthday and Christmas gifts this year.
This is now my 2nd 30 cup dispenser... Running dual tanks in the fridge because we love Zerowater so much.
I bought my first Zero Water pitcher 2 years ago and I use it very heavily. I drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day and it is perfect for me. I recently moved and the refrigerator I put it in was too cold, which ended up cracking my dispenser. I contacted the company a few days before I went on a camping trip asking if they were able to replace it or if I should just buy a new one, and when I got home from my trip, a new dispenser was waiting for me. I am so pleased with this experience! I am a dedicated customer and will continue using these products. I highly recommend you try out Zero Water if you haven't yet, all of my friends who've tried it say it tastes amazing!
High Standard of Values used to create a Water Filtration Pitchers that: Actually Works. The Container Top needs to be Made better so that it does "Snap off the Hinges(tiny /flimsy). Which can't be repaired.
I bought this Gizmo while walking around Walmart because I had seen it on tv. The water that comes from my tap tastes bad enough that I drink a lot of soda and some bottle water. I wanted to drink more water at home and saw that the large 23 cup system wasn't going to break the bank and bought one. It was very easy to setup. Just clean out the Tank, Reservoir, Lid and install the filter. The filter simply screws into the reservoir from underneath. Now for the negative. They don't tell, or show how slow it filters. If you watch the commercial, you will see that they skip because of how long it takes. The reservoir doesn't hold as much water as the tank, and it take a long time for that amount to filter. If you lift the reservoir out and watch, it comes out in a thin stream, like a squirt gun. It slows when you put it back into the tank. I filled the reservoir and put it into the refrigerator and filled the reservoir again in the morning. The only other problem I found is that it is impossible to fill while in the refrigerator. I have to remove it, to the counter, pour water into it and return it to the fridge. The Positive, It does greatly improve the taste of my water. The TDS meter says my water reads over 800 ppm from the hot side and to over 500 ppm from the cold side. Down to 000 after filtering. Not as good tasting as bottled water, but very close, and much better and drinkable. I may get another to filter cooking water, and water for Tea and Coffee. Maybe a 4 gallon system.
It's very difficult to dispense the water when you have arthritis in your hands. It would be so much better if they had a different kind of spigot. After using the Zero Water for 3 weeks, the pour spout started leaking and the water wouldn't come out any faster than a trickle.
I enjoyed the large capacity and durability of the Zero water dispenser. But after only 24 days my water had a slight lemon taste and the tds meter read 006. I'm not sure how long the filter is suppose to last, but I guess I expected closer to 3 months for just me using it everyday :( The Brita that my family shares tests at 255 tds, so 006 isn't that bad comparibly. But I'm still saddened at the short life span of the filter.
Right off the bat we noticed that the lid hinge was broken right out of the box. All is fine, just a slight annoyance when opening/closing to fill the reservoir, as it does not close properly. We were excited to test our water however the batteries in the TDS meter are dead on arrival. I will update my review once the new testing meter arrives tomorrow… Fingers crossed the filter still works or this will end up costing more than buying straight from ZeroWater. All of this is explained through a manufacturers coupon which, we realised after the fact, expired in 2022.
