When I started taking D3, I was told that K2 helps your body absorb the D3, so I started taking it too, along with Magnesium, Zinc, and C. I do wish it was cheaper though.
This is a little higher than what I would've liked to have paid, but I think it works. I purchased this specifically for the Vitamin K. I bruise too easily and my body takes way too long to heal. I've had bruises that have left shadows after they've healed and my medical provider was of no help.I did some of my own research and found K can help. So far so good.
I've read a lot about k2 and its benefits Have been doing intermittent fasting bought this item to add to my plan I take it at night during my no eating times love it so far
As with any vitamin, how do you really know what it's quality is. No reason to doubt this is any less effective than any other.
I like Spring Valley brand of vitamins, and I take the vitamin K2, with my vitamin D3, they are best taken together, and Spring Valley vitamins, are more affordable than many other brands.
I have purchased these several times. The gel caps are definitely my favorite. They seem to work the best. I have had a grocery order in the past substitute for the capsules and they just did not seem to work as well. I will continue to use these gel caps!
I REALLY LIKE AND RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE OSTEOPENIA WHICH IS THE EARLIEST OF THIS BONE THINNING PROCESS. I AM TURNING 83 THIS YEAR. I HAVE HAD MANY FALLS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS BUT HAVE NEVER BROKE A BONE. I SWEAR BY THIS PRODUCT. RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY DOCTOR AND HAVE BEEN TAKING IT SINCE 2010 IN ADDITION TO CAL-MAG-ZINC. Loved the size and the ease to put together. Didn't like the lid. Afraid it can slide off and hit a child on the head so we will just remove when child is present and store behind the toy box.

The bags being left at the door tear easily, then the app asks for a tip for the driver. I see the store is promoting a new service to encourage customers to allow associates in their homes to stock their cupboards. Some customers have privacy policies that go against allowing this to happen. Very intrusive. May consider Kroger instead.
