I'm able to get up a lot easier my bones are not as stiff as they were prior to me taking the turmeric. this is the best thing I've ever had to help me feel better
These were recommended by my doctor for joint pain. Both Turmeric and Ginger are anti-inflammatory agents- I find improvement with these capsules and i think they are great quality- no aftertaste. I take the 500 mg 1x daily.
I tried this on a suggestion from a doctor. He was an OD. So, he believes in both traditional medicine as well as alternatives. I have pain in my back. As well as in other areas from an autoimmune disorder. Traditional painkillers did not help. So far, lt is helping to lessen the pain.
Have been taking turmeric capsules for several months now, and it has helped to lower the inflammation that flares up periodically in my arthritic hip. I have not done anything else other than including turmeric, so I will continue to take them as a palliative treatment.

Did not realize just how much this helps with the daily aches and pains until I ran out. While waiting on my new shipment, I felt all the aches and was very happy to have the new shipment arrive!

I take these regularly. There is no weird aftertaste and the quality is always good. My only gripe is that they have a huge bottle thats only half way filled. You can fit all of these pills in the same bottle as the next size down. I have an old smaller sized bottle I use for exactly that; I pour the big bottle into the old small bottle just to save space in my medicine cabinet. Total waste of packaging.
WARNING: The product is fine, but the delivery was *pathetic*! They delivered it in a TIED SHOPPING BAG and no receipt. Not professional at all. I paid for *shipping*...not Postmates.
