I have had other cheaper 3 hole punches, but this is by far the best. Very easy to use and has a metal glide that shows the size of the paper so you can determine where you want to punch the holes. I also like that when the papers are hole punched, they are far enough from the edge that they do not tear so easy when in a binder. The hole punch locks down when not in use for easy storage. I have wanted this type of hole punch for a long time and am very glad that I purchased this one.
We are using puncher every day, it's excellent, can take more pages without problems, very sturdy and well made device.

It is fantastic!! It really helps being able to use both hands to push down for the punch. For someone with arthritis, this is super.
Just received product today opened box to test out to discover all 3 hole punchers are stuck through bottom plate that you would lay the paper on. Completely disappointed.
It broke in first 3 min of use being it was shipped to me I would like to know how I can get it replaced
I'm very unhappy with this hole punch. It's been used for less than 6 months with light duty office use and it's fallen apart. There is a clip that keeps the spring in place on the metal rod that punches the paper and the clip popped off. I tried putting it back in place but it keeps popping off again. The clip is thin and bending. Definitely not heavy duty! We contacted Sam's and they won't accept the return past 90 days. Was told to contact the manufacturer who wants to charge us for shipping to them and will only cover parts to fix it, not labor. It's not even worth my time at this point. It's going in the trash. What a waste. These things should last years, not months. Buyer beware!
Only last 2.5 months. It says heavy duty up to 30 sheets.. not even 10 sheets was able to handle before braking. Extremely disappointed.
