It came well packaged and protected. The product works great. The cord is a little short for my living room but all in all its great. A little pricey but worth it.
My son seems to enjoy it-works good-and a pretty reasonable price
I bought the controller for my daughter and the color is fantastic, it works perfectly. The only thing we found out (which isn't really a big issue) is that the chatpad will not attach to this controller but that is not something I was worried about when ordering it.

Ok. My technical knowlege is good. I have 2 kids ages 8 and 5. Got them one of these and was broke within a few hours. My kids like to jump up and down when they play games and sometimes they get excited and just simply drop the controller on the carpet. After a few drops the solder inside comes lose and either the controller stops working all together or one of the joysticks stop working. First bought for kids in october of 2014 and it lasted almost a month the first time. It broke then brought again on 12/20 on my sons birthday. It broke that same day. I am now going to get an actual xbox controller made from microsoft. We have one of those already and its lasted a long time with both kids. This might be good for older kids who dont drop controllers...
