I love Seeds of Change rice. It's organic, healthy and quick to prepare. It's a staple in my kitchen.
Quick to fix when you want a meal in a hurry.
Delicious! Easy to add to any dish to make a delightful meal.
We found this online and decided to try it. To our delight, it was excellent and we have bought this many times. I add canned chicken to mine for more protein. Husband likes it with Canadian Bacon or once he added a hotdog(yuck). It is good alone as a side too.
I was very impressed with the quality and taste of Seeds of Change Certified Organic Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale pouch. I microwaved it as per the directions and was enjoying a delicious meal in under 2 minutes! This taught me that healthy food can also be convenient. I added a bit of lemon juice and thought it was amazing. The rice had a nice firm texture. I will definitely be buying more of this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got this to review, because I've been searching for ways to help me change my diet and eat better. I did not have high expectations for taste, but wow! It was delicious. It tasted like a more full bodied wild rice pilaf. I paired it with some chicken seasoned with fajita seasoning and sautéed peppers and onion, and I was so happy how it tasted, you gotta try it, you won't be disappointed. This gets a huge thumbs up from me. Have already purchased some more to try another way, maybe lemon chicken with baked zucchini and yellow squash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is a very delicious product. I love the fact that it just takes ninety seconds to cook. I add it to casseroles, soups or just use it as a side dish.
The Brown & Red Rice (w/ chia & kale) is either wrong in its listed amount of cholesterol, or it doesn't list all the ingredients. It says it has 5mg cholesterol / serving, but none of the ingredients are from animal. Cholesterol can only come from animals! By my choice, I'm a vegan mainly for religious reasons (see D&C 89:15), and I seriously don't like when I think a food is vegan when it's not; if something has animal products in it, to me it is unhealthy and I don't eat it. I like the other flavors a lot better, especially the Spanish Rice.
I was horrified when I got this home, opened it, and found that the entire package was mold. The expiration date isn't even until next year. I'm so disgusted. The package was not damaged at all.
