Best there is. Great price! Not too sweet and delicious
This inexpensive little packet of mix made 6 delicious, moist, chocolatey muffins. Can't wait to try the other varieties.
Okay… I was NOT expecting these to be so good. I bought these and the blueberry ones and baked both at the same time… the chocolate ones were GONE in a matter of seconds, literally my boys were fighting over the last one and I had to swipe it real quick just so my husband had a chance of trying it. Needless to say these are 100% going to be a staple in our pantry from now on.
Not going to win any awards but for a dollar you cannot beat these!!
Package only makes 2 muffins?
Been buying this for many years. Lately, they changed the look of the package. But claimed they didn't change the formula. They are lying. Because the mix now becomes a melted mess. Even with less water. It is now the quality of a Chinese product. Be skeptical when a company claims it wasn't changed when it was. What are they hiding?
My sister bought and made these, they were pretty good. So I decided to buy and make them, I might have a defective batch, the mix smells like dog food.
I bought this mix for a quick breakfast item for company. These tasted awful, not very chocolatey. I ended up throwing the muffins and remaining mixes away. I'm glad I sampled them before serving to guests. I ended up using a scratch recipe from the internet.
Like others have said, I have been buying these for years. The new packaging is indeed different taste. There were no chocolate chips, less chocolatey taste, and overall waste. My kids could even tell the difference.
These are terrible. I've been buying these for years %26 we love them but since they changed packaging they are awful. They claim same taste but definitely not. I have one of the old packages %26 compared the ingredients to the new %26 it's definitely different. Not worth it anymore. Very disappointed. I guess they tried to cut costs %26 in the process ruined a great product. The pic on left is old %26 right is new so you can clearly see the difference.
