I bought it three months ago and really like the features of the phone. It takes great pictures of my grandchildren and pet.
Second one I have gotten very happy with it,good graphics and display
Best value I have seen on the market. Minor issue with quality of camera. Everything else is top drawer.
Traided in iPhone 7+ for this phone and none of the apps have quot taking their valid passwords like apple apps did. Verizon service is lacking as with iPhone but wifi is great.
This is a great phone. But for disabled folks like me y all need to make the side buttons easier to depress and sometimes I have to tap my screen so hard I think I'm going to put my finger thru it. But great speed, color, features, sounds etc. Have already told friends to get one!
Switching from iOS was a difficult task but it was much smoother than expected. The android operating system is much nicer than iOS. This phone is great for someone who's not in the position or is not willing to pay for a flagship device. It is in my opinion the best midrange phone on the market. Providing the most bang for the buck. The performance is quite smooth except for some bumps during heavy usage. But this has only happened once or twice during my several months of use. The display is just as nice if not nicer than my iPhone 6's display and my only complaint is that there is not a sensor to automatically ajust brightness. But once again this is a minimal sacrifice that won't cause any issues. The expandable storage is wonderful for someone who needs to keep a lot files safe and secured. And the battery life is insane and is great because it's replaceable and removable. Now to the major issue that I've had that while annoying is not enough to make me dislike this phone. Third party camera apps like Snapchat have trouble focusing and even using the regular camera is a bit of a let down. The front facing camera is good enough and the back facing camera is fine but leaves pictures slightly underexposed and glum looking. This is an easy fix by simply adjusting the exposure and has not been a huge issue. Overall, this phone is more than worth the price and will provide an amazing phone for someone who can't or doesn't want to get a flagship. It is a great phone for kids and teens and is great for adults as well. It is overall a good performer and while it has minor flaws they don't matter and can be avoided in the longrun. My Samsung Galaxy has many great features. I like the design, its call features, and the apps for this phone. I have had not problem at all with this phone which was a replacement for a droid. I have always liked the Samsung and this phone has not let me down. The display is bright or dimmer if you choose. It is easy with the widgets to put your favorite numbers on front display. The ability of the files is easy to use. It also takes excellent pictures. There are no downfalls with this phone. I would recommend it to anyone. I am still finding features still. It is easy to use no matter your age, I feel. Thanks again to Samsung for another great phone.
i got this phone from insurance claim, my phone i had was not available anymore. storage on this phone is horrible. i cant take videos because it runs out of storage. when i push on an app it takes forever to open. not happy at this time with this product.
Since I've got the phone it has been slow. Everything I open, or close, take 1-2 seconds, or more to move along. Sometimes I think I didn't push hard enough, so I push again inadvertently opening a link or application. The screen also has a slight clicker when the brightness is around 0-15% I'd guess.
My phone is always trying to lock up. Getting dark screen when opening apps and even just typing this message is a pain because there is a 3 second delay.
