i am disappointed that the fingerprint sensor is on the side and most of the time i can't get it to work and end up having to use my password to unlock. other than that i have no problem with this phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Galaxy phone. I had the 4, 7 and now S10 e. I dropped my phone 18 stories this past week. I can still use it !!!! It's not great. But my important apps are still accessible. I can't afford a new one ne. So winning this would be great

Bought three weeks ago and am amazed how much better it is then my old phone.
my s5 was great - perfect size, decent battery life, replaceable battery. but its android was out of date, and it was getting slow with newer apps that need faster processing. the s10e, as a top of the line phone with a moderate size screen, is perfect. fast, lots of storage, up to date android, great battery life. i like and suggest this phone to others. if it had a replaceable battery, it might be perfect.

Size is great but battery life is a little short. Otherwise the phone is great.
I think the phone itself is good. However I am having difficult getting over the fact that there is no means of a visual notification reminder. AKA all over GOOGLE as "No LED Notification light". For practicality, it was a difficult necessity to loose. The rumors say it was omitted to allow for a bigger screen/no bezel, which is not a fare trade off if you ask me. The SAMSUNG.COM message boards say SAMSUNG is promising a a solution, but those comments have been circulating for 10 months. For the amount of GOOGLE traffic on this issue, one would think SAMSUNG would publish a comment, whether is good or bad to at least put an end to the frustration of knowing nothing for sure.
the s10e is the most annoying cell phone i've had. can't control volume of notifications. can't get it to stop taking screen shots, screen goes into lockout while on phone, difficult unlock usually lose connection along with upsetting person talking to! camera is awkward to use settings are difficult to select without taking excessive amount of time! can go on but getting tired of complaining.
Originally loved this device. Then started researching my loose power button issue. It has quite a bit of play. I now understand it could be compromising its water resistance. I paid a lot for this devise and expect flagship quality. It is Samsung's play now. Will update to see how they take care of the shortfall.
