With so many complaints about cheap wires not working, I was worried about getting non apple products. These work as advertised and work great.
It's awesome. It is even better than the one with the Apple devices because this one is alot longer. Also a lot better made. My daughter got the ipod for Christmas and the original wire broke on about day 3 of owning it. We decided to give this one a try and much to our delight, we like it way better than the original one. Pros: Sturdy, longer chord Cons: None
It works great & does what I need it to do and it does it well. I have only had them for a few weeks but not real complaints. One is plugged in next to my bed & the other is in my car. I bought one because I needed to replace my original iphone charger(/USB). It was such a great price verses all the others in store that a couple days later I bought another... The price in store was like $14.88 on the shelf. I got the ones I have for a third the cost online through pick up today. Silly but hey I'll order online& pay a third & have them pick it out & have it ready for pick up! Saved me money & wondering trying to find it.
Charger/sync cable has a really good price. Will be buying more online products.
quick turnaround and correct item.
This is annoying. The charger is super super fast with charging. Will give a full charge in about 30 min when plugged into a power source other than the PC. But after about 2-3 months will not work any longer. I am not sure if it is because of the wires inside where the item plugs into the phone or if its just junk. All i know is I am going to purchase another one today and this will make my 3rd purchase. I am limited to where I can actually get a real iphone charger. Not to mention, I dont want to pay $30 for a charger when i am soon to get rid of this darn phone.
I've had this product just one month & the wiring is now exposed! Shoddy craftsmanship! I agree w/other's in that it charges to full capacity w/in 30 mins, & the cord is long (10 ft) however for longterm use ~ it won't last! I'll purchase ONE more time, as I'm in a pinch, but I'm holding onto my receipt this time around!
I have purchased these twice and also other Belkin Ipod/Ipad charge sync cables and none of the work anymore. One managed to only last two weeks!!!! I was very careful with them when I would use them to charge/sync. The only way to be more careful would be to not even use it! These are built horribly and not worth any money at all. Save yourself the aggravation and buy anything BUT Belkin!
I've had good experience with the Belkin brand over many years. The store did not have the Apple cable, so I did not even think twice on the purchase w/ the Belkin name on it. Problems , in order of worst are: 1)The connector that plugs into the Apple device is a loose fit... ie , unwittingly gets either 'cocked' out of position, or just plain falls off. Annoying, when moving the ipad around... have NOT had this problem with Apple cables. 2) The cable is too short. both inconvenient and annoying ! 3) now have to find a way to recycle this piece of junk ! NO, I DO NOT recommend it... the Belkin brand took a serious hit here !
