We replaced our larger 10 year old refridge with this one and it seems to keep items a lot colder! Storage is also very adequate. The temperature feature makes it convenient.
It's good refrigerator but the problem is there's no ice maker on it and there is no Whirlpool sign in front so the people when they look up there is no name for this product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought ref a month ago and it has served greatly
This refrigerator came in my brand new manufactured home. I did not chose it. I don't know if I had had a choice if I would have selected this particular model. It's OK as far as refrigerators with the freezer on top go. Seeing as how it does not automatically come with an icemaker, I would've expected a couple of ice cube trays to be included. They were not.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my refrigerator but now that it is 13 months old I am having trouble with the gaskets coming loose from both the freezer door and the refrigerator door. That is causing icing in the freezer. Is there a way to have that fixed?

The periodic buzzing is at an unacceptable level and I want to return the appliance.
Had refrigerator 1 year, and handle has broken 3 times. Trying to find solution from company, but not getting anywhere other than keep getting new handles. Company has been good about replacing handles, but seems unwilling to find better solution. At this point, handles only last about 3 months. The handle design is the problem,as it has broken in same place each time. Have asked multiple people at whirlpool and everyone keeps saying they can't help. Letter into customer service at this time and waiting to see if they fix situation.
There are so many basic things wrong with this refrigerator at first glance having it just installed today. First as a disclaimer and most unfortunately, we bought it sight unseen. The issues are: 1) the door compartments are not wide enough to fit a gallon of milk. Nor are the tall enough to fit a large soda bottle. What are the two most basic things you put in the refrigerator? 2) the top two shelves in the main area are wire, not glass or plastic, which means that anything not wide enough to cover more than two wire rows, tips over. Very disappointed.
