I recently bought a second clear case for my Note 20 Ultra and I was happy to notice, after several days of use, that the material has been improved. This means it is more stain resistant, it doesn't yellow like the previous case I bought. I will definitely keep buying from Ghostek for my next phone.
I was sent the wrong case. i ordered Galaxy Note20 Ultra and was sent Galaxy Note cover.
This is the best case I ever had!!! The phone feels a lot better on my hands and protected at the same time. I had an otter box case and it scratched all over my phone frame. This case won't scratch it. Also the price is awesome and no other company can beat that price. I'm very satisfied..
This case is amazing it is one of very few cases that are raised on the sides to offer really good drop protection. Sadly my mail person was extremely rough with the package so my kickstand came broken but ghostex has amazing quality customer service and they replaced it immediately.
The product is great, is really high quality and the design looks really good. Quick suggestions is to make sure the edges are rounded up better, like the cutouts for the charging port. Also it would be nice to have a hard plastic back but the current one is good too. The case offers really good protection meaning it has good lips on the edges of the screens and on the back around the camera, but at the same time doesn't hurt the slimness of the case. I believe the kickstand is not necessary and you guys can even put your logo there only without the kickstand. Is not strong enough to maintain the phone on vertical way only on horizontal. Shipping was done pretty fast too I got the case in less than a week. Pretty happy with my purchase.
I'm a bit of a case snob. With that being said I like everything about this case except the bottom fitment. It's not snugged tight around the bottom and that puts my phone screen at risk with drops. This is basically the same complaint I have with many slim cases. Besides that I liked the case.
The kickstand fell off within the first week of using the case. It seems to be sturdy initially but maybe not so much. I wouldn't say that is had been heavily used at this point so I didn't expect it to break so easily. I haven't dropped the phone yet so I'm not sure how it would hold up to a fall. Have to say I'm a little disappointed. May be returning it sadly.
Nice looking case until it's put on the phone. Fits decent until, you pay attention to the bottom end of the case. Near the chargering port, the material is loose and does not properly fit the form of the device. Was also not screen protector friendly like the Otterbox that i had before was. The placement of the kickstand on the back is not great; the weight of the device was not taken into consideration. Seeing as it falls back when attempting to use the stand with the weight of the phone alone. Was a bit let down considering it really was a good looking case..
