The 3M Scale Inhibition System, which was formerly labeled as Aqua-Pure SF18-S, reduces scale formation in high temperature applications. With a Sanitary Quick Change replacement cartridge, changing it is simple. Features: A forced-feed orifice carefully controls and meters the addition of a proprietary scale inhibitor to reduce scale formation in high-temperature food service applications. Consistent performance at application temperatures over 200º F. FDA CFR-21 compliant materials. Stainless-steel head. 3/4" NPT female inlet and outlet ports allow direct or easily adaptable connections to existing plumbing lines. Exhausted cartridges may be incinerated.
