I got a second degree burn for the first time in my life the other day. The pain was excruciating if I took it out of cold water, aloe vera wasn't doing squat, and I was fully prepared to stay awake all night in pain. Then I put Neosporin with pain relief over the now-burn-blister as a last ditch attempt to try to make it bearable. It numbed the pain so completely, I nearly cried from relief. I got a full nine hours of undisturbed sleep because of this.
You know that it will work as antibiotic ( proven record) , but, with immediate pain relief, that makes it superior!

This is a staple in our home. It goes on every boo boo and fights infection, kills pain, and aids healing.
Was bitten by a dog had to have a skin graft Dr. told me to use this on the graft area. Burned at first but after about 10 mins or so took away the pain. Still healing, have always used for minor cuts but did not know they made the + pain. It is what I will buy from now on.
The only product on the market I trust. Helps the healing process quickly and dulls the pain on contact.

This is just a brand that's always been in our medicine cabinet's. I do prefer this one because of the pain relief, I definitely feel that helps if you get a minor burn. It's just a brand my family and I love and trust and keep coming back too!
I am allergic to cocoa butter, and only recently realized that the reason neosporin irritated my skin was that it contained cocoa butter (why???). The new formulation does not have it, which is much better.
