It's ok. Nothing to really bragged about. I decided to get this at last minute, but honestly I might just my Asurion monthly subscription as precaution anyway just in something happened that Walmart/Allstate doesn't cover.

Ordered one tv hisense u7k for $1282.00 pilot dropped it in shipping then broke 4 appointments to pick up return for replacement then when did come left without tv cuz box was gone who keeps massive tv boxes laying around there house wal.art promised not needed pilot still refused was told customer service would take care of everything an send me a replacement so no hassles for me promised free installation that didn't happen either had to jump through hoops for several months to get one then the replacement comes and it looks ok everything in one piece plays for about 3 hours then picture starts bouncing/flickering spent 60 dollars buying new power and hd cables bought a 4500 joule safety surge protector now walmart cust. Service finally worked with me an sent replacement tv anyway tho old one hadn't arrived yet they ok it an sent it thru anyway then pilot does show and they take new tvs box and put damaged tv I first bought in it to return to store which was fine but then when replacement broke after a few hours use I was in same boat again no box to return replacement tv they cost anywhere 39 to 99 dollars I didn't have to cover an issue I didn't cause even tho I bought the insurance in full faith that I'd be covered in the event something went wrong definitely not what happened it was supposed to be a birthday present from my mom back in January now in April still not fully resolved took multiple attempts to make the purchase cuz fraud team from walmart saw it as suspicious and canceled orders I called they said they'd update the order so fraud team would know an let it thru apparently they aren't communicating with each other no one heard anything about it till fourth call to them asked for supervisor who said I need to call pilot and fill out papers for tv they broke their fault it broke shouldn't it be there problem to do paperwork to resolve the issue but anyway pilot don't had no idea what I was talking about said call walmart then walmart said ya il tell pilot to accept return call back pilot in 2 days 8 days an 3more cycles of the same thing later finally they contacted one another and started return process DONT TRY ORDERING ANYTHING PILOT IS HORRIBLE walmarts claims process is way harder than necessary they tried to help but when one dept doesn't tell next dept everything they need to know you'll repeat the same steps multiple times till process moves along
I have never received my warranty that I paid for along with my tv.
