have no way to convert online warrantee to paper.really sucks! Hav to buy new phone n can't put warrantee into new phone so how do I store my warrantee? paper would be more effective.

I brought this plan for a television that stopped working 25 days after I purchased it. They allowed me to return the television and refunded my money. However I was told I couldn't get my money back for the protection plan, even though it applies to nothing.
