I like that it gives you a 4 year warranty protection
Great Picture easy to use. The only thing I would change is the fact that this Television does not store TV scheduling or reminders so if you want to watch a program you have to remember to change the channel every time.
lol . . . so far so good! Im happy to say its been like a month and i havent needed the extended warranty!!! thats a really good thing! hoping i never do, but just thought it was a smart buy . . . i mean, it was only like 45/50 bucks . . . well worth it for peace of mind!! cant wait till next month!!! I, probably like 99% of the customers; didn't read all the fine print. But it when it comes to electronics; it's probably a good idea to purchase the warranty. This brand of TV is popular (Vizio) , but I heard some customers had problems with fading screens and other issues.
I've never received warranty information on the television although I've paid for it, can you please send whatever I need so that I can have proof of purchasing it.
Didn't get tv until Dec 4, warranty ends Nov 25, I was short-changed for a week. Everyday counts for me. I won't know how good the protection is until I have to use it. Three stars for the price
I never received my item and when I requested to cancel the warranty Walmart advised me to call AllState. Was given the wrong number then transferred to Square Trade and after 30 minutes was advised I would be refunded the price I paid for the protection plan minus the taxes. That advised me the government keeps the taxes 🤯 I seen companies scam people out of their money but this is just over the top.
When I tried to take my television out of its packaging, I discovered that it had already broken, as evidenced by the image on the screen.
I was sold a TV that had already been returned and the box was taped poorly. The screen was shattered and of no use, so was this plan since the item delivered was already broken. I went to best buy.
Returned TV the immediately after purchase, Opted to get the 4 year additional coverage since the TV purchased a few years earlier( exact same one) went out ,, but suddenly it started working again !!🤷🏽♂️😂. Go figure .. Great Customer Service , Never refunded me for my extended warranty though? DO NOT USE AFFIRM FOR ANY PURCHASE, they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,
