This product is great and works. I found that for my children they needed one less pill than what was recommended. I initially gave them 2 and they woke up so groggy and just out of it. So i gave them just one and it worked great.
my daughter was having hard time falling to sleep her doctor recommended melatonin. and this was only 1mg so I felt a little better the dose was extremely high
I like these because they're one milligram, very small, taste good and chewable. Gummies are just so bad for your teeth I really prefer these :) They help my kids to just settle down and be ready to sleep.
Use every night for my touch to get to sleep kiddo. Works the same as the bigger name yummy brands and just helps him get to sleep easier without any weird side effects in the AM.
I love how fast this works for my kiddos! I don't give it to them often but when I do need it, they are asleep within 30 minutes of taking it. Even I take it occasionally. It tastes great which makes it easier to give to my kids.
We've been using this melatonin for years. We started our using .5 mg for our 4yr old to get him on a schedule, now at 10 yrs old he takes 1mg and drifts right off to sleep. If you're giving your child 5-10mg, definitely try a lower dose of this!
I give 1mg to my 2 year old son at 9 every night and hes asleep no later than 10pm, so I'd say works pretty good and no reason to buy the more expensive brands. I've been buying this exact brand for almost a year now.
So these taste good and even just one helps me get to sleep. Usually can take 2-3 hrs to kick in. I'm an adult but like these and they taste good. This is probably my 4 th bottle.
everytime we buy this it's always lesss than 60 tablets inside as it supposed to be.. it's either it's missing 2 tablets or even the last time it missed 9 tablets.
