I was kinda skeptical at first, but I did notice that I fall asleep faster when I take them and my body feels more relaxed. However, it really didn't serve its original purpose, help me fall asleep. I don't believe it's the brand, I think its because it's mixed with other ingredients. I have another Natrol product which is strictly melatonin and it work like magic and has the same dose as this one.

I love this specific brand of melatonin! I've tried several over the years and this is the only brand that truly works for me. No fatigue when you wake up next day, and the elderberry immune boost gives a boost of energy in the morning!
