Because my doctor found me to be low in Vitamin D a few years ago, I've had to take supplements. Even though, I'm outside most days for short periods. I can count on these to give me the extra boost my body needs to function properly.
I take four of these every day for bone health. I have arthritis and since I upped my intake two years ago, my pain is minimal! My mom suffers from RA and in the one who researched and came across this amazing supplement for arthritis.
I'm a big coffee drinker. This keeps my coffee hot for hours! Definitely would recommend getting one. May have to get another one myself. ;)

Maybe younger if you're indoors all the time. It's a MUST!! VitD3. %26 Calcium supplements if your mom or grandmothers have or had bone issues. Stay ahead of your tomorrow, Lord's will we all live to see.. You will be glad you did. Your big sister in Christ.
D3 is so good for fighting many illnesses. Only downfall is Spring Valley vitamins are made in China...but so are most of our antibiotics
With every order I've placed, I've received bad fruit. Raspberries, blackberries, and pears all in separate orders have mold or are soft/rotten.
I ordered 4 items. This product did not come out of my order. please inform me about it
I always buy this vitamin D3 and I've never had an issue. Until, my most recent purchase. When I opened this bottle it had a horrible smell like a dead animal. It was disgusting! Walmart did refund my money. However, I wondered what would cause this, and has anyone else had this issue before? It doesn't expire for another year or so. I'm concerned to replace with this brand again after this. I didn't want to give it any stars on this review, but it's required.
I always buy these because of the brand and dosage. but this was the first time that my vitamin D3 did not have the plastic around the lid to where I take it off like the other ones do. so I'm not sure what happened on that but there wasn't any plastic around it to secure it.
