I´ve had problems sleeping for the past years and can say that this product helps my sleep quality. I know that when I run out (due to my laziness in re-ordering) I sleep more irregularly. Thanks to Swanson for providing such a helpful supplement, I recomended.
Have used TS for over a year now. It works quickly. I use TS to help me relax at bedtime, before an event or just when I'm feeling pressure and nervous. I have tablets with me always!
At one time or another everyone in our family uses this product. It helps the day go better with absolutely no sense of feeling drugged or worry about taking too much. In the two years we have used this product, none of us or our friends who are now taking it too, have ever experienced any negative side-effects. It provides what the body needs to manage stress. I make sure to keep plenty on hand so we never run out.
I've tried a lot of various versions of theanine supplements and this one has become my very favorite. It's calming but doesn't make me sleepy, steadying for the nerves but doesn't interfere with good excitement. It helps me sleep at night and gives me a good, calm start to the day when I need it, too. I am a musician and regularly play performances and if for any reason I'm a little nervous (which doesn't happen that often) a couple of these steady me right up in the most pleasant way. I love this product! One thing- the pills are tablets and not capsules and rather large so they can be hard to take. I mostly don't have a problem with this but I can see where they might be hard for some to deal with.
L-theanine and relora were both recommended to me as daily supplements, used more in the evening, and this blend permits me to take my dosages with one formula. I have ordered several bottles over the past months and plan to stay with this formulation - it's working for me!
I've tried other combination products to "take the edge off" with very mixed and unsatisfactory results. With Theanine Serine, life is just better; I am a lot more calm, sleep quality is much improved and more consistent, mood swings are greatly tempered without fatigue or a that awful "flat" feeling I've gotten from other products. I highly recommend it.
. I tried Theanine Serene with Relora in the a.m. and felt totally relaxed. Was able to smell the roses with two tablets.. :)
I take this to help with anxiety and depression. I don't tolerate prescriptions well. It also helps me concentrate on tasks better.
