Spring Valley vitamin D is very good, my doctor recommends that I take this daily and this seems to keep things where they need to be, five or five stars

this review is general because it takes a long time for you to find out if the vitamin D3 is working for you or not so I can't really Right and honest review yet.
This vitamin helps with quality sleep. Love the gel caps. Only wish I could use coupons for online purchases! I do a lot of my WalMart shopping online, it is WONDERFUL!! This vitamin is worth the cost. It makes a difference in my health/wellbeing.
Good value , spring valley has fast shipping but the vitamin is all stuck together. One solid clump.
The problem below is typical for email order picked up in the store: How am I supposed to see if my little bottle with vitamins contains indeed 450 gels, when the staff from Walmart covered the little product with their label as big as a half of the product? Very bad idea to cover manufacturer's text with Walmart's self-adhesive sticker ! SEE PHOTO.
I did NOT receive this item. It was nowhere around my house, I and my son looked everywhere it was not delivered here.
when you substitute don't substitute for less. if I say I need 2000 IU's give me 2000 iu's. now i have to take two. which means i will run or faster Plus I'm not getting the amount I need. credit me back.
