You won't be disappointed in a purchase of these OXO mixing bowls. Very durable bowls with non-skid rubber loops built in on the bottoms, you are assured to avoid accidentally tipping and spilling your favorite dishes. I saw these offered at a Container Store in Colorado years ago and didn't buy them. I was very happy to find them offered on my Walmart app.
Arrived on time, packaged well and exactly what I needed for a great price.
One week in and I feel they are already helping me with my energy. Not a big vitamin like I thought they would be! Easy to swallow. Smell and taste like a vitamin but that's never bothered me. Great value. Big bottle for a little price. ☺️

If you want to be laid back but no knocked out - get these vitamins. They help with arthritis as well as to relax you have doing a workout. In both cases, these really do help to keep your bones from aching or tendons groaning.
This has given some energy being low in my B's haven't check on it but I do notice a difference
The vitamins are good but the expiration date has been torn off. I hope these haven't expired.
i know they are good for me, but they are horse pills... huge!
I have bought these before and they had a very strong smell. This recent order in Jan. 2024 does not have the strong smell as the order from last year. I break in half and take half twice a day. My doctor told me to do that so my body would better absorb it. Is there truth in that, IDK!
I bought the B complex for a bit of added energy. ive been taking them for years. However, i went w a different brand this time. The smell when i opened the bottle was terrible. i still took them. The reflux was so strong followed by the smell. in addition, i dont feel like theyre helping.
