I really love the bigger size of the player. It has great sound and was easy to download songs from my computer. I just synced it with my Toyota Camry yesterday and now I can play it in the car. It was a great price so I ordered two.
MP3 play can store over 8,000 song and you can make your own play list.
I have the sportclip sport plus with what I think is a waterproof caser around the outside. The case seems to prevent the phone jack from completely engaging in the jack's connector inside the player. Same can be said for the USB connector. I've taken a sharp knife can cut away some of the case so the phone jack and USB cable will completely engage. The screen on my player is also hard to read in the sun. It's has a rainbow appearance over the screen. Maybe the rainbow effect is coming from the screen in the case that is protecting the screen on the main player underneath. In any event it make it hard to read the screen. I need the Blue Tooth but I don't need the problems that appear to be coming from the waterproof case. The player, itself, works fine. Just like the 4 or 5 I've owned previously. I should not have got the waterproof version but I need Bluetooth.
For it's price and comparing to other players I was not happy at all with this player. The plastic is extremely cheap and the buttons look like they will break easily and not last long. The plastic clip probably won't last long either. The sound was nothing special and for some unintelligent reason, they put a timer and stopwatch in this player but NO clock! It will not remember where you left off in listening to a song or a book or whatever you were listening to. All the myriad of Chinese players that are out there look like they would blow this player away in all categories. This player just falls short of expectations for this price.
Sure wish Apple still made the iPod Mini. Tried creating a playlist following the instructions; no can do. And I've tried 5 different cables to transfer data and the only one that works is the 3-inch cable that comes with it; totally ridiculous. And every time I want to use it I have to connect my bluetooth speakers. What device still does that?
I bought this primarily to play through my car stereo through the USB connection as I have with multiple other MP3 players with no problem. It will not connect through USB. It will connect through Aux port but then everything has to be controlled through the MP3 player, which is difficult and dangerous while driving. There is no apparent way to change the USB mode in the settings menu. I should have just bought another less expensive Chinese MP3 player.
Used item sent to me. I contacted them and they acted like I didnt buy it from them and needed to provude proof when it was the email.
This order, Sandisk MP3 Player, was shipped and actually arrived at our UPS facility, but was recalled by Western Digital. I contacted them and asked WHY they recalled my order, but they just gave me the run-around. Based on their actions in this matteer, I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
I purchased a new Sandisk Clip Sport Plus Player. Out of the box it seemed the screen has marks on it, I was trying to figure out if there was a temporary screen protector film to take off, but I cannot find one. I charged it and there are two songs already on it. New from the manufacturer, are there any songs that would be already on the player?
It keeps shutting down while in use. the battery is charged but randomly it shuts down and will not turn back on for an hour or so. also the charging cord is ridiculously short.
