[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had various SD cards over the past few years for my nikon camera. I always take photos and keep a RAW copy for editing later. By using RAW it takes a lot of extra space. With this card I also tested the video recoding aspects of my camera. If the transfer speed isn't up to par it can affect the quality of your videos and this card surpassed my other cards. I have recommended this to other friends who do weekend photography like myself. The size is perfect for pictures and videos without having to connect my adapter and transfer files. Also loved that this card was easy to take out and go from device to device without losing all my data. I've had cards in the past want to format after changing each device and this wasn't an issue here.

I use them in my cameras, in my Galaxy Notes, dash cams, surveillance, and as flash memory upgrades to my computers and electronic hardware; and I'm sure there are a myriad of dozens of other uses. They make great stocking stuffers and gifts to those 'hard to please' friends. Even though I'm pretty careful about storing SD cards it's nice to have the peace of mind to know everything is safe even when the card isn't in my camera. All my tablets, car dash cam and phones have Samsung memory cards. I needed a memory card for my DSLR and I went to Samsung without any doubt. And it is very fast. I mostly use it for my personal use to store documents, photos and videos. Transfer speed of both pictures and videos is good. I haven't have any issues with it so far. I use this card to store both pictures and videos. This card is faster than the one I had previously (5 year old card, its locking mechanism broke). I am hoping that it will last longer than the previous one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feeling my pictures and videos are safe is important to me and Samsung has always been a reliable company so this new EVO Plus SDXC Full-size SD Card 64GB MB-SC64H/AM has exceeded my expectations. It is quite durable and I love that it is protected from the elements of nature since I m always taking pictures outdoors in all sorts of weather. It i said to be protected from x-rays, magnets and shock but I have yet to personally test that out but feel more secured knowing of it's protection. It's durability has sustained a pretty good unintentional drop so I am pleased that it caused no damage and to top it off it has extremely fast video and picture transfers. That is a huge thing. No longer will I have to wait a substantial amount of time to transfer my videos and pictures from camera to computer. The playback was great aswell. It was quick and smooth with no lagging. I see myself buying more of these in the future. I definitely recommend this to any who enjoy picture taking and video making whether it is professionally or for fun.

I needed the card to be able to handle the super cold temps of winter, and the hot temps of summer, and it's recording my animal activity exactly how I need. When it comes to data transfer it's a super fast card so dumping the files to my computer took no time.
