I really liked the effect of the probiotic on my digestion. It is easier to assimilate and digest. Convenient to drink. Really helps. It's nice to know that the ingredients are high quality!

I've been taking it for almost two years,I usually drink it before going to bed at night.It helps me get rid of bloating and makes me sleep better at night.
The most amazing probiotics ever! I heard about the benefits of taking probiotics at bedtime to improve sleep, have tried many brands without a significant result. From the very first day I took one cap full of this liquid in 1/2 glass of water at bedtime, I have been sleeping like a rock! And feel great when I wake up. That really shows me the quality of Dr Bergs products! They work and do what they promise. Dr. Berg is a genius!!!
My whole family have been drinking this probiotic daily and every time we felt like we had a stomach bugs. Worked every single time. How do I know it was effective? The stomach pains subsided right away, no more crampings or discomfort, and bowel stools went back to normal (you know how it should be) within mins. Am I exagerating? Not at all. We drink every night before bed and have not been sick the whole winter. I'm sure there are other factors too but this is one of the important factors. Easy to drink and taste fine. My kids like it and drink without any complaints. Thank you Dr. Berg!!
I have just finished the bottle of probiotic liquid, and I should say that I did not have any noticeable effect nor any undesirable side effects. So, I think I will stop taking it. Thank you for you tireless effort to help people to good health the natural way. And by the way, both my wife and I are benefiting from the cod liver oil capsules and the gallbladder formula. Just for back ground information, I had my gallbladder removed March 2017, so I am trying to prevent any problems with my bile ducts. My wife has gallstones, one is about 16mm, with a slow increase in its size, it grew 2-3mm during the last year. Before taking the formula she had frequent indigestion, with some shoulder pain, but these two symptoms have almost disappeared. Keep up the good work! Josef
I trust Dr. Bergs advice and his supplement range......all natural & organic. Quite a strong tasting fruity liquid for my taste, is mixed with water and taken before bed......works better on an empty stomach. However, I feel so much better for taking this supplement, seriously helping overall gut microbiome health and is cleaning up my liver a treat!! I am sticking with this product :) :)
This product does seem to be helping with my nighttime gas (I have less) and does help with easier bowel movements, and the taste is not that bad. I recommend it.
A lot of reviews were great so I tried it. It just wasn't for me. The taste was not good, though I could handle it because I'm not too bothered by that kind of thing. It just made me have diarrhea unfortunately. I know that was probably the adjustment period but I could not power through it. It lasted several days, so I had stop and switch back to a pill form of probiotic.
