Great product for focused pain management. Works extremely well, even after 8 hours of use. Adhesive is very gentle on skin, but will bond to body hair like a wax job. Hairy folks may want to shave the application area first, just in case.

These are great for pain relief. My spouse has mobility issues and these help to relieve pain and pressure they experience due to their mobile disability. I have had female friends use them to resolve period pains. A neighbor used them on their sprained ankle until they could get home from a camping trip. Caution they contain menthol and warm you up when active.

Other than opening my sinuses, these didn’t do anything for me. They smell like my grandma’s Ben Gay from my childhood, so thanks for that but of nostalgia. I regret wasting my money.
