As a person missing an eye, I use the nexcare opticlude patches,and have never found any that are as quality fitting and stays on over night
Fantastic
I have to wear eye patches all the time and always had a hard time finding one that would stay on no matter the weather or activity. Now i dont have to worry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My 8 year old had to wear eye patches on his eye for several months. This was the only one i had found that pretty much stayed on him (aside from when he was sweating). For him pretty good, too. Would use again if needed!
I have gone through two boxes of these so far. I got bells palsy and was fortunate enough to be rare and got it on both sides of the face. I have to cover the eye that won't close all the way. These are a life saver. they don't pull on my face when taking off and they don't eat at my skin like other products do. I am very, very pleased. Thanks so much
After a corneal transplant, I was given a plastic eye cover that was to be taped to my face every day. As a senior citizen, my skin has become very tender and was tearing off with the tape. The doctor gave me different tape; it didn't help. Now I only wear a patch at night. Was so glad to find these patches that breathe, that my hair doesn't get stuck in, that don't rip my skin off! Have been using them for a couple of months now and my skin is completely healed with no signs in the morning of adhesive redness. I am a belly sleeper and having the patch on does not interrupt my sleep even when I roll over. I will need to wear these for a while yet and am very glad to have them.
Poor adhesive . Falls off easily
I have been using nexcare eye patch daily for the past 27 years. They were the best eye patch in the market, Until the size, the glue and the color were changed, now they are smaller and do not cover well the eye and they change the glue quality. I was able to swim under the water with the previous eye patch. Now even if I sweat the patch gets detach from the skin. The color was changed, it will get more attention from people making you feel more uncomfortable. Now I have to be looking for old stock to buy.
Disappointed. These ones are nowhere near the quality that the stronger brown fabric like ones were. The plastic doesn't stick nearly as well. Im stuck now. Those ones worked well for me and now they seem to be gone.
