This phone has had WiFi connectivity issues from the beginning and nothing has fixed the problem. Also, it's a little too big and heavy, wish I had purchased the 6s instead.

First, I will caveat that the phone is pretty good. However, the experience of purchasing it and setting it up was not. The purchase experience was more difficult than needed. While this site may state that you can pick the item up in the store. That is not true. If you try to pick it up in the store it will cost $45 more. I was told by customer service and the department to order the item through the website and then go back to pickup where they would give it to me in a few hours.
