Low in sugar and high in protein. Tastes very good. Helps to curb my appetite and keep me on track. I tried the mocha. I will be purchasing other flavors soon.

I thought it was going to be awful in the taste department. I was wrong . I popped it in the fridge the night before I figured it would taste better if it was cold in the morning. After all it is mid summer. I woke up to get ready for work and twisted the cap open. Took the first sip and was definitely surprised! It was delicious. It was creamy and chocolatey. I am a chocolate lover so I this was a pleasant surprise. Most drinks I've tried before are chalky in taste and not great at all in the flavor department. This drink is not one of them. i thourghly enjoyed it and it was great to have before work easy fast and great tasting.

Carnation hits the mark with this product! I doubted this petite bottle would be satisfying enough to get me through the morning without reaching for a yogurt or granola bar. I needn't have doubted. The mocha is very tasty without the funky aftertaste experienced in other breakfast drinks. Would like to try the vanilla, but can't break away from the mocha!

I hardly ever eat breakfast but thought okay I will try this drink. I have to say it's very good. It has a milky texture and the berry flavor explodes in your mouth. It has 10 grams of protein, total fat is just 4 grams. Theres no artifical flavors, colors or sweeteners. I would recommend this drink for anyone.

I've been trying to eat healthier lately and cutting the carb filled breakfasts seemed a good place to start. I haven't had these in a long time but they are just as good as I remember them being. I had a mixed berry this morning and it was sweet and filling. I look forward to enjoying them on my ride to work!
