I like everything about it-from the nice big letters and so easy to use!!
I like everything about this flip phone, especially the large buttons.
Love this phone. Easy to use without having to look up the directions on how to use it. I had a N** flip phone that required umpteen hoops to jump through just to text and make calls. I had trouble remembering them all, and it was too much hassle just to make a call or text. Even deleting stuff was a pain. It did more things than this one, but was more complicated to use and did stuff I wasn't interested in. This phone is user friendly the first time you pick it up. Just what I wanted. And if you get it from Walmart, it is unlocked, so you can use it with whoever your carrier is, and keep your number, by just switching the sim card with your old phone. I'm sure that Lively is a good phone company, but I already had service and a phone number with Patriot Mobile. But if this is your first cell phone, it looks to be easy to start service with Lively, too, as their sim card is already in it. It also was delivered in a timely manor. And you don't have to be a "Senior" to buy and use this phone. It look like any other flip phone. It doesn't say "Jitterbug" on it. Most people don't even know what a "Jitterbug" is, so unless you tell them, no one will even know that you are using a "Senior" phone. I would recommend this flip phone to anybody who prefers a flip phone, and if you are thinking of getting this for a friend or relative for Christmas or Birthday, who doesn't have a cell phone, I bet they will like it too.
It's a Sr. Friendly phone. My Mom loves it and if she is content then so am I. She is 92 years old and still in very good health but doesn't like the smart phones because of all the new technology. She just basically needs to call and text.
I really like this phone. It is user friendly without all the extras that I don't use. Just wanted for emergency for the car. and it was easy to activate online. I am pleased with the purchase.
I like the larger screen and buttons. For some reason my text messages alert stopped making a sound after 2 days, I went thru the directions to make sure but I reckoned I can call cs next. Like any new phone I just have to learn it. I love this otherwise. Very good tracking. The phone charger was mailed to me separately a few days later. Your phone number will show up on the phone after it’s charged. Easy to set up steps online. Happy I purchased it from Walmart, it was on sale on Walmart website so I saved about $20. ❤️
I really like this phone, because it's just a phone. With smart phones, I was always online or changing something on the phone. This way I can relax and only be on my home computer so I won't get burned-out. Plus it's given me a lot more time for things that I enjoy.
The Flip 2 Jitterbug phone is more for seniors but I didn't do too well in getting it started. I suppose that's why I never was too interested in getting a smart cell phone. lol
emergency button is great! Cant do some things like giving personal ring tones to each person. but it is easy to use, and firs in pocket well.
If you are buying this for seniors with a lot of hearing loss or eyesight loss it doesn't work. Alexa is impossible to get and the volume isn't loud enough.
