I bought the Moonlit color which is similar to Benefit's High Beam except at 1/3 of the cost. I usually use cream/stick highlighters and was a little intimidated that the liquid would be too intense. Using the applicator, I dabbed a few drops along my cheek bones and blended using my fingers. It blended beautifully and the perfect amount of iridescence. I have extremely sensitive skin and no issues what so ever. As an added bonus the packaging is chic - can't wait to try the rest of the line!
I LOVE this highlighting product. It doesn't have too strong of a color, so mixing a tad into your foundation gives a nice glow to your skin. If you want to concentrate it on the tops of your cheeks that is also a great option, I would just do it before adding a setting powder or blush as blending it in might lift up some of those products. Overall, this is a really great product and my only critique would be it isn't the easiest application method for concentrating the product on the tops of your cheeks. I would love to see this product turned into a stick! **I received this product for free in return for an unbiased review.
These are gorgeous!!! So many high end brands have similar products at more than triple the price. These are incredibly pigmented but I found them to still be very easy to work with. I love using them on my face as a highlight or mixed in with my body lotion on my collar bones and legs for extra glow!
These actually made my skin glow and shimmer. It's actually an amazing product and I highly recommend it. It's also super light and doesn't feel like there's much on the skin at all, but shimmers very nicely. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my unbiased review
I love this product. It's a super cute bottle and the eyedropper makes it easy to apply. I pat it on the top of my cheek bones over my blush for extra shimmer. It also looks really good as a brow highlighter and on your cupids bow.
Wow just beautiful on the skin
It's pretty sweet it leaves your face with a highlighted glow
The color Sunkissed is a soft gold and it's puts a glow on the skin. It doesn't contain any glitter (which I prefer). The only problem with the drops is the size. The honestly looks like a sample size. I should have paid attention that it's only 0.3 ounces. I don't go through products very fast but I'll use up this bottle in no time. I won't purchase again just because of the minuscule amount that you get.
For my skin tone (olive), the "sun-kissed" color didn't quite contrast properly. I would love to see this in additional colors for other skin tones like mine! The applicator was plastic and could be better quality if it were made of glass instead, but at the price point it's a good value. I love that it's full of natural ingredients and is moisturizing unlike a powder. The bottle is small, compact and a lot easier to throw into a make-up bag than some of the illuminating powders and brushes I own. I received this product for free in return for an unbiased review.
I really wanted to like this, but I just didn't. I tried this product on my friend before going out in two separate ways: directly on top of the cheekbone and mixed with foundations. Both were pretty unsuccessful. Overall: I would definitely describe this product as being very "glittery". You can definitely see the large chunks of glitter in the bottle and in the application. I wouldn't recommend this product for a natural, "woke up like this" glow. The dropper is also really strange and not user friendly. On the cheekbones: The color really didn't blend at all into my friend's make up. It just looked like a giant pink streak with no glitter or shimmer at all. Mixed in with foundation: This method is slightly better, but I still noticed that the highlighter had trouble mixing into her foundation (note: it was a CC cream, so you might have better luck with a fuller coverage foundation). After applying the mix to her face, she looked very glittery and disco ball-esque. We ended up wiping it off and redoing her makeup. Unless you are trying to achieve a glittery look, I wouldn't recommend this product. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.
