If you have a PetSafe door I would recommend using this website directly. The information they have is more accurate than any other and you will receive the correct replacement parts and accessories.
Perfect fit for my patio pet door, easy to install, too. Having the part number on the original flap really helps when its time to replace. My original one lasted 12 years.
This is the third time we've had to replace our flap. Two of those times, our Ausie Terrier tore it up wanting inside, when we wanted him outside, due to having guests. It was rather time consuming for my husband to replace, however.
Took a lifetime to get here but a OEM replacement is perfect. Thank you.
easy to replace, the other door lasted 10 years, but started to warp last year. I called for a replacement flap and they even sent me a video on how to do the replacement.
I bought this to replace a doggie door flap that was at least 16 years old. The door looks brand new! It fits perfect.
I'm glad I did the research and realize that my door flap was a classic and not the newer version so I was able to order the correct one the first time!
This doggie door flap works well -- I am pleased with the functionality and fit. I was disappointed that the last one only lasted 18 months (see attached photo).
The replacement door flaps are well made however they are very overpriced. The cost for an entire new door with flaps is not much more. Once the stuccoed into your wall however, you have no choice but to pay the high cost when the flaps need to be replaced.
This is a very nice flap; it was ordered to replace an existing one in a door that fits in a glass panel for a sliding door. I literally had to take the whole glass panel apart to intall this flap. In a previous glass panel door we simply had to remove 2 screws and slide the new flap in. Once the new flap was installed and the glass panel dorr reasembled, the flap worked great. I realize this purchase was just for the flap and not the glass panel door but both were purchased from your company so I wanted this to be noted. Also, the flap came in the mail without a purchase order or any installation instructions.
