The chair is very comfortable and the vibrator is very helpful.

I was a bit disappointed. The back of the chair is not high enough to lay my head back when I want to relax. Further, I was given the wrong power adapter (the plugs that connect the chair to the power sounce are not compatable) I hope to resolve this problem with the local Walmart as soon as I am released from the hospital after surgery.

I had already ordered this product before reading all of the reviews. I was concerned about it after hearing several customers were not please. It had alreadybeen shipped so I thought I would wait and see for myself. My husband loved this chair. It was pretty easy to put together and the quality is great compared to the price. The massager could be more powerful for me...but when I commented on it my husband said well it is not suppose to put you to sleep!! I am pleased with it...and so is he. I would recommend this chair to anyone. My husband works out of our home and spends a ton of time at his desk. This was a great choice for us.

mislabeled

The title of this product describes it as "reclining". This is false as it does not recline but rather tilts like most common office chairs. I bought this chair because I was under the impression that it reclines. I will be returning it to my local store and keep searching for one that truely reclines. If you're not in the market for a reclining chair, then this one is decent. The motor is rather loud and sounds like a helicopter taking off at first.

This chair is really nice looking....however the wheels fell off of if right away...the back massaager is good if you're used to the simple massaging pads that you lay in chairs...but don't plan on sitting and rolling around in the chair at your desk.

Vibrations within the chair work okay, but wish it were a little quieter. The seat padding does not seam to be of a sturdy quality, so I can tell it is getting thinner already. It is hard to tell much of a difference between the frequencies. I will soon need a pad to put on the seat which will make the massage effect useless.

False advertisement & poor service

The chair is advertised as "Leather" however it is cloth backed plastic simulated as leather. The battery charging system does not work as specified and it is impossible to contact the manufacturer as indicated by the manufacturer. Not a great experience.

I did shop around online for an office chair, and this was the best value that I found. After having it assembled (which my local Wal-Mart store did for free as I had it shipped site 2 store), I tried it out in my home. The nature of the item (plugging into the wall) did cause some vibration of my computer monitor which I did not really anticipate. I don't usually plug it in now. I just use it for a chair. I think I would have been better off purchasing a plain leather chair without the massaging qualities.

COULD BE BETTER

If you are looking for a cheap message chair you have found it, but beware you get what you pay for. I purchased two of these: one you can change the mode of vibration but not the position or intensity, and the other I can change the intnesity and position but not the mode. The vibration is good in the five motor model I have. The pleather is kinda stiff but not uncomfortable. It would be better if it had a higher back so you could rest your head during message.

Don't believe the hype

I would be misleading you if I said I did not know what I was getting into. I should have expected the hard/stiff plastic as opposed to something that better resembles leather. I opted for the 5 massaging motors over 3 but all they do is make more noise. The massage vibrations do very little from an efficacy perspective. Save your money, the novelty of the massaging motors is not worth it.
