I always buy the extra warranty on high price purchases. This company is amazing. I had an issue with a laptop I purchased and I called them, they sent a shipment box the next day, had someone pick it up and 48 hrs later I had my laptop back and working properly. There were no delays or hassles. I was very impressed as most insurance companies don't want to fix a problem but be a problem. This company is wonderful!
This television has a very clear picture, the color is bright and clear! I love that this television is not black back ground!

It doesn't help without Receipt. I can't Print email. Warranty does not help unless there's visit physically if needed. I don't mind paying more for warranty. It is good to have warranty.
After reading the "fine print," I discovered that the insurance is only for the price paid. It DOES NOT cover costs to repair or replace the television.
the warranty these crooks are selling is a fake, they will never settle a claim, just endless back and forth emails and phone calls, we were told to act as their diagnostic agent performing tests on the TV, at least 3 different request for pictures, I am a 62 year old Colo-rectal Cancer survivor who beat the Cancer and was able to be reconnected with no bag, but trying to handle a 65'' TV is difficult for someone like me, but that was not their problem, all the time knowing that if I did not jump through all hoops put before me, my claim would have been denied for non compliance. WALMART, quickly and graciously Agreed to grant a full refund, no thanks to these crooks at , Allstate. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY WALMART , FOR ME, THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED FOR ME THIS YEAR
It's not about this TV, it's a TV that I purchased a couple of years ago and I got a three-year warranty on it. It has stopped working and I have called the insurance company several times and they refused to send anyone out or give me another TV. The TV is not damaged in any way, it just cycles on and off. I don't like this new insurance company that Walmart is using. What is the point in having insurance if they're not going to honor it. I did get insurance on my new TV, but I'm going to contact Walmart corporate and see if there's anything they can do about this insurance company and their failure to honor this claim. It is not Walmart that is failing to honor and it is the insurance company.
I highly suggest you do not purchase plan until you receive a good TV that is undamaged. My TV was damaged in shipment and I was refunded for the TV but I've been fighting tooth and nail to get a refund for the protection plan.. They give you a phone number, and none of the options work, almost like they don't want to refund! If really want to purchase a protection plan, wait until after the purchase and you're happy with the product!
