This is a great value compared to what they had in my store, to bad I had to order it from walmart . com and pay shipping, but well worth it. If you need it and your store has it, buy it. It does not need a laminating machine. I had a need for it when I ordered and probably may not use again for months but nice to know I have it here handy.
It's nice because you don't need a laminating machine. Just peel the backing on the laminating sheets and apply them to each side of the sheet or document which you would like to laminate then trim with a straight edge and sharp cutting blade.
I could find this in the store and compared prices on line to Staples, Office Depot and various others similar stores, the price was much better at Wal Mart. Site to store from Wal Mart was quick, easy, and available days before the projected date. The Fellowes brand was not one I was familar with but the value was good and after using the product I like it.
The Laminating Sheet works fine. The only difference between this brand and the previous brand I was using is that the Fellowes is a lighter weight Laminating Sheet.
I'm using the laminating sheets to make some quilt templates...perfect for the job and a great price.
Our organization had been purchasing a similar product with another brand name at an office supply store and paying twice as much for it.
Couldn't find in store, so I shopped Site to Store. Great way to get what you want, if you don't mind a short wait at the Site to Store counter at the store.
I bought 2 boxes of 50 sheets each of this lamination paper. I only used 1 sheet thus far for a small 4x6" photo and it turned out perfectly! I have a great many uses for lamination paper around here and it will be awesome to have it at my fingertips as I need it. You can laminate important Business cards, pictures you want to preserve, pressed flowers, so many uses!!
It took me quite a few times to figure out a method for not getting bubbles. Once it's placed… it's placed unfortunately. Theses self laminating sheets do the job but not what I expected I guess. THe important things I want to keep I do with my laminator though.
I use these to put information stickers on the outside window of cars, at car dealerships, and they seem to work pretty good. They are thicker, and better quality than the others I have tried.
