Hanes socks are our family socks! They are fabulous! I throw away all of my son's socks at least once a year and replace them with more Hanes socks. I throw them away because he "forgets" that he has them on when he goes outside. If you have a little boy who loves to play in the dirt, you know what I'm talking about! The dark gray soles on theses socks are a wonderful idea. The elastic doesn't get all saggy and stretch out of shape like some other socks we have tried. The only negative is that when I buy Hanes socks I have to turn them inside out to cut off all of the "extra" strings hanging out inside of the sock. Other than that everything is great with them. My son wears Hanes crew socks in the winter and Hanes ankle socks in the summer.
My son needs more socks than underpants. Mom, I need a pair for PE, Mom, I need a pair for sports. Every time I turn around he needs another pair. This deal was so good, he has plenty to take and plenty to wear. Good length, well padded and great price.
Great socks. They wash and wash and wash well you get the picture and the heel and toes don't wear out as easy as the cheaper brands do and stains come out easier to with a good stain remover detergent or spray and that comes in handy with a 6yr old.
My son says he loves these socks, they are so comfortable and fit perfectly. Will buy the ankle high ones later.
