The box stated that I am also receiving free samples of coffee as well as one cappuccino cup and one late cup. All that was missing in the box, someone must have taken it out. It was very dissapointing to bring it to work hoping to have a nice cup of coffee and there was no coffee or a cup.
Comes with 16 cup Assortment pack. Rivals the Keurig. Exceptional value for a fraction of the cost. I purchased 2 yr replacement plan for $5 more just in case of a breakdown, and so there is no risk! Hot and cold beverages. Comes with cup, saucer, and glass. Great buy!
I bought this coffee maker as a christmas present for my mom after hearing great things about Krups' machines. The price was incredible. almost too good to be true really and since it was refurbished i figured i'd buy the 2 year optional insurance for $7. the machine more than exceeded our expectations. It heats up the water in less than 30 seconds #unlike my Keurig which takes forever#. You can make the coffee either hot or cold which is a cool little bonus and the coffee is delicious. It has the convenience of a Keurig with the taste and quality of a professional coffee shop. my only complaint would be that the machine is a little noisier than expected and that the dolce gusto cups are not as easily accessible as K-cups #walmart did have 3 different flavor options at the store but that was it. If you want more options you have to order them online#.
great price,brand new looking. Makes great coffee,better than the Keurig,which i also have. This makes coffee shop style coffee and is very fast,easy to use. very easy to clean. Buy your coffee on line for a larger selection. I am so glad I found this at this price. This model is discontinued,but it does not matter, also it comes with a 1 year warrenty.
Finally, a single-serve coffee maker that does really great Lattes and Capps! Blows the Tassimo machines away. I was unable to find the coffee pods at 2 locat Walmart's though which was disappointing ... had to go to a competitor ... sorry. Would recommend this machine ... if you can fine the pods ... very highly.
i was in mexico on vacation , and over there the dolce is the leader coffe maker , i got one for my mother and couldnt stop drinking cafe every day , makes the coffe with foam like starbucks , better than the keurig , i came here and looking for one , not avail , until i saw this in walmart , going to try the refurbish ,to se how it works , i want my machine nowww, i miss this great cafe.
I am very happy with this coffeemaker! Everyone in my family has a Nespresso machine but I was just not willing to spend that much money. When I found this refurbished model for sale on the Walmart site, it was worth taking a chance on. The price is great and the coffee is even better! It makes espresso every bit as good as the Nespresso machine. I am very pleased and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for an economical way to have great espresso conveniently at home.
I was surprised that Walmart offered this in the first place. Great product looked new to me. Only the box showed any wear and tear. If you want a great coffee/drink maker this is n excellent purchase. It is very easy to use and a great bargain at this price.
It is however unmentioned anywhere on this refurbished product's description that within the box, you get merely the instructions and machine. With a "new" purchase, one would receive the many sample pods and the two glassware pieces. I was quite bummed that mine came with just the manual and the machine, since I could not enjoy it upon arrival.
I thought this coffee maker was so cute and decided to take a chance on a refurbished one since I had also purchased the insurance. I followed the instructions to the letter and when I filled the coffee maker up with water, it leaked all over the cabinet. I cleaned everything up and tried once again...thinking that maybe in shipment, something had happened. It leaked all over again. Also, the little pull-out cup that holds the coffee only takes Dolce Custo pods. It won't hold the regular pods that the other brands use. I returned this to the store and got my money back the very next day.
