I purchased this charger for my Samsung S7 and I loved it so much that I purchased one for my daughter as a Christmas present.
I use an Otterbox case and it works fine sometime it will need to be repositioned to start the charging.
Upon ordering I expected this to come with a wire to plug it in so i could actually use it and it does not. I have been using my old charger to plug it in but then it isn't a fast charge. Overall I think the product is great but due to the fact that it doesn't even work without another like $20 purchase I would not recommend this product to a friend. The hassle of ordering it and having it come 3 days late due to being lost and now needing a wire I wish I would have just bought one from Staples or the Verizon store.
Good only if your charging port is damaged. Ill stick to the usb& fast cbarging adapter which work much faster than this wireless pad. I returned this item.
The charge pad itself works great. I ordered 2x and they are both excellent chargers. The problem is that this item is ONLY the charge pad. The wall charger and USB cable are NOT included, regardless of what the item specifics indicate. The item description indicates that this is Samsung model #EP-PN920TBEGUS (Samsung Fast Wireless Charging Pad + Fast Wall Charger. **THIS IS INCORRECT!** Instead you will be sent Samsung model#PN920BBEGWW (Samsung Fast Wireless Charging Pad only). Alta Tac Inc. will NOT honor the Walmart description for this item. Buyer Beware.
Although the product did NOT meet expectations, I was impressed with Walmart's handling of the transaction. I tried contacting seller (not a Walmart.com item) multiple times without any responce. Contacted Walmart Customer Service and had acceptable responce from seller within 48 hours. Can't ask for anything more than that. Will continue to use Walmart.com and would probably buy from this seller again. We all run into problems, it's how they are handled that counts!
This charger DOES NOT come with the power cord. That is an additional price and if you decide you don't want it because it doesn't come with the power cord then you are charged a restocking fee.
This was not going to work without a fast charging plug and it came with no plug or wire. It doesn't go to fast charge all the time even after a half hour of being on the pad..and yes the fast charging plug was used. Now to return it.. didn't know I would be stuck with the delivery company and how to contact them ... very disappointed.
I bought this for a Christmas present. Good thing I bought the warranty plan because it doesn't work. I'm getting my money back and buying another product.
Died in a week and now I find out I can't take it back to Walmart, but have to call the "other" company to try to get my refund....Not a fan of outside vendors.
