I first ordered a cheaper cover at about half the price and it fell apart in just over one year. From the beginning I could see that this product was made out of heavier materials and was designed and constructed to a much higher standard. The fit was very good which is important because too much movement accelerates wear. The tie-down and access design is also an improvement.
was a little hard to install but once on it was great has zippers on the side as well on the back just had a wind and rainstorm cover held up very happy
The cover is true to size and is good quality for the price.
Fits my 2002 Lance 920 perfectly. This is with the camper mounted on the truck... which I was a little worried about. So now we'll see how it holds up. Construction quality seems very good though.
The cover fits my Lance 815 very well. A little big in the front, but it tucks underneath ok. it has lots of sturdy straps and tie downs. So far it is holding up under 30 mph wind. I will let you know next year how the fabric holds up. Similar fabrics I have used in the past lasted about one year and were not waterproof. I think it is OK for a sun cover, but I suspect I will have to remove it in the rain.
The fabric seems to be reasonable quality for the price compared to a previously owned Adco cover. Time will tell. The vented top is a nice feature. The height could be a little longer so that it would extend over the camper rear bumper and provide a little more coverage of the jacks like the Adco cover did. The cover tends to "creep" up in windy conditions too. The nose portion of the cover could use a few more anchor "D" rings at the mid front and sides to help secure it during windy conditions. I added three weighted ropes across the top help tame billowing and a rope around the "box" (below the nose) portion of the camper to help secure the cover.
This is the 2nd cover I got, the first lasted 3 years. held up pretty good but would suggest they reinforce the area where they tie down straps and buckles are. These do not hold up to a 50 MPH wind good. I had to restitch and enforce them to make hold in the wind. Other wise it's a good cover for the money. Delivery was fast and delivered earlier then promised.
I have a 11'6, artic for 1140, and this cover barely fits. In order to zip the back I had to pull the front off the nose. Compared to my old cover, it is shorter also, and doesn't come down to the bumper. The straps are also tied on, instead of having buckles. The only feature that seems better than the other brand is that the strap location area is reinforced. But it is also awkwardly high so there is about a foot of material that isn't held down to try to cover the bottom of the camper. It will work, but I wouldn't get it again.
Was very careful putting it on my camper. Followed all instructions to the letter, although they were very limited. It has rained here somewhat heavily lately and when I checked it the roof of the camper was wet under a puddle in the top. There was also water running down one corner zipper. Not sure if it is leaking from a defect or the breathable material lets the water threw.
It was sized for a 10-12' truck camper and it is about 18" short for my 11'6" camper.
