Because of my pressures at work I can find it hard to sleep, this product helps me fall asleep on nights there is a lot on my mind. I love the packaging as well, it is small enough to fit in my purse when I have out of town meetings. Being that I have a very stressful job getting a good night sleep is very important to me and this product helps with that!

I find that I can fall asleep within 30 minutes or so after taking them and wake up the next morning feeling very refreshed. I really like that this isn't habit for me and I like that they're so easy to swallow so it's just an easy product to take right before I'm getting ready to go to bed. Really like the sleep quality I get from this product.

Great For Those Odd Non-Sleepy Nights. I've Tried The Pills, Which Don't Seem To Affect Me Much Although They Seem To Work Well For My Husband. I Prefer The Liquid Much More. The Taste Isn't Too Bad And You Get Used To It. I Sleep Pretty Solid When Taking A Full Dose. If I Do Wake Up In The Middle Of The Night, I Fall Back To Sleep Within Minutes. If I Take A Full Dose I Feel Groggy When Waking Up. My Alarm Will Go Off And I Feel As Though My Head Is Too Heavy To Lift And It's Hard To Get Fully Awake Without Hitting The Snooze About 50 Times. Showering In The Morning Helps Get Rid Of That Feeling. A Side Effect That Hit Me Big Time Was Incredibly Vivid Dreaming. Usually I'm Aware That I'm Dreaming Despite The Fact That I Can't Make Myself Wake Up. So There's That. Worth A Try If You Have Occasional Sleeplessness. Just Don't Start Off With A Full Dose.
