The dock board was exactly what we expected at the cheapest price we could find.
Shipped quickly and easy to assemble. Exceeded expectations at a great value.
The dock plate is built well and the people are great to deal with. I had a problem with Fedex delivery and they handled it well.
The ramp was shipped very quickly and was easy to assemble. looks great.
These dock boards are easy to assemble and work great.
Purchased the ADB-6060-15000. Initial inspection of the package: Good. During assembly we ran into some issues with the fasteners. #1) If you read the instructions we are to have 3/8-16 carriage bolts washers and lock washers and nuts. What we received was M10 Carriage bolts, washers and M10 nylon lock nuts. The nylon lock nuts make it very difficult to tighten the lock nut with no head on the bolt. The fasteners should also NOT be installed Upside down. All heads should be up so if the nut comes off your bolt does not end up on the floor. The quality of the fasteners is poor. SOFT, no head markings. We are driving Lift Trucks on this plate. #2) The 1/2-13 carriage bolts, washers and nylon lock nut assembly's stripped out during assembly. Personally I do not understand why the manufacture would allow SOFT fasteners to be used on a piece of equipment that MUST be SAFE.
