I bought this retro clock for my granddaughter's bedroom. Her room is done in polka dots, and this clock was the perfect accent! Her colors are turquoise blue and apple green, so the color was also right on! She LOVES it, and for the price, it can't be beat!
i purchased this for a beach condo rental unit. i wanted cute decorations but did not want to spend a lot. this was perfect. the color is vivid and it has a sweep second hand that most clocks that are more expensive don't have. the clock hands are fairly flimsy metal but once it's on the wall, you don't have to deal with them and their appearance is very nice. all in all, it was a bargain and i got free shipping, too!
I lost every thing in my home due to hurricane Ike. just got back in it when i saw this great clock. I ordered it for my poor bare walls when my granddaughter saw it had just painted her room when she convenced me it would look great in her room. Thats where my clock is.
Cute, cute, cute! I bought this for my 13 y.o. daughter, but even my 40+ y.o. friends are asking where to buy it. Personally I like clocks with numerals, so that was the only drawback for me. Otherwise, it's a fun piece at a great price, and it looks darling with polka-dot room accessories.
I chose this clock because of the color and the retro design. I wanted a clock that would fit in with the color scheme of the room it will be placed in. It is a quartz (not plug-in) clock which I also wanted. It just is exactly the product I was looking for.
I like this clock and think it looks great. I even painted numbers on the clock since I was putting it in my little girls' room. Better for learning to tell time. The tick is nicely quiet. My only warning is that the hands are extremely delicate and the box didn't have anything covering the front. Thankfully it had been packed carefully inside another box with paper filler. If you order site to store, have them open the box to make sure the hands haven't been damaged during handling or shipping.
This is by no means a fancy clock, but it looks pretty cool considering it only cost $20. I did need to bend the hands back a bit for it to work properly, but it was really nothing. Took maybe a minute in total to put in the battery, set the time, and fix the hands. I did my kids' bathroom in the precious planet theme & the color matches very well. Makes a nice accent w/the bright animal colors in an off white space.
Love the clock. I wish it were a little larger (don't buy it for a large wall). I knew the size when I bought it but wanted it anyway. The shipping was fast. The only problem is the second hand tends to stick. I bent it slightly, near the center and finally got it going. I would buy it again. It is a decent product for the price.
It's a great accessory addition to the wall, but I expected it to be alot bigger, didn't pay attention to size, but website picture makes it look bigger. It's a cute piece, but not work the 20 something dollars. It's worth more like $9.99.
When I first saw the clock, I thought that it would be a nice clock and I thought by the dimensions given that it would be bigger than it actually is. When I received it, the hands were bent slightly, but I went ahead and got it anyway. I had to keep adjusting the time because the hands would become tangled. After some tweeking, I finally got the hands to work properly. Will not buy again, will not buy anything like it again. I believe it should only be worth 10 bucks max and not a penny more.
