Item is as described. Did not like the packaging-just in the box with nothing protecting it (took 1 star away for that). It rained the day it was delivered, but thank goodness no damage. I love it, comfy for someone who has a tendency to sit on the floor a lot, but then need support getting back up. Shipping was better than expected giving all the concerns going on with shipping/postal services. Would buy again and recommend.
Picture listed for color "Poppy" is a white cushion (wanted a white cushion) but a red-pink cushion arrived when selecting "Poppy". The image for Poppy color is incorrect and didn't have enough time to return before Christmas.
