The Pro-3600 [can be] installed with nothing visible when complete. No Dash clutter, No wires hanging.. nothing to plug-in, or set up each time.
Received in four days. Install in 1 1/2 hrs. It works great. This is an up grade from the whisler 3450. I love it!
the unit itself is impressive. I would suggest having it professionally installed. I installed it myself and found it difficult to first find a location to drill thru the fire wall. not to mention trying to get the wiring thru it. it took the better part of a morning but after putting everything back together I like it very much.
Installation of this unit was easy and it is really nice to have everything concealed. I installed the unit per the instructions provided and always had issues with false laser warnings. Mainly, the sun would set the laser warning off and there is no stopping it if you are driving east in the morning or west in the evening. Other than that I was really happy with the performance of this unit until it recently stopped identifying anything but the sun (giving me a laser warning). It has been almost exactly 2 years from the date of installation so it basically cost me $150 per year to use this thing. Maybe that is not bad compared to some, but the unit I had prior was only $200 and lasted 5+ years. I have triple checked all of the wires and connections, and it appears that this unit just stopped sensing radar of any kind... So overall, I am mostly not happy with the relative short life of this product.
