Extreme Clean!

We just moved into our new house and the dishwasher was brand spanking new! It's the best dishwasher I've ever used! Much better than my $600 Whirlpool dishwasher. I think it's the best dishwasher for the money today! Despite not drying very well and being a tad noisy, It can clean anything. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My mother in law bought the dishwasher for my husband and me as a present. I was honestly a little skeptical of it being a good buy. My skeptism was unfounded. It cleans our dishes beautifully and is VERY quiet. I love the simplicity of the machine and the design. Very nice appliance! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My dishwasher was provided free of charge by H&H Homes. I have not really used it because I have not accumulated enough dishes. I do like the space inside the dishwasher. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Strong Little Performer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dishwasher for five months. It does not disappointed. This washer replaces another brand that went out after less than two years of use, and which did not perform nearly as well. My 24" dishwasher gets dishes clean the first time, top rack, bottom rack, and silverware, even burnt on food and especially soiled dishes. Although it lacks many features I would like to have, if you are looking for a basic, yet highly effective model, this is the one!

I'm happy with it

I have run 3 loads through my new dishwasher and am pleased with it so far. It has no frills and fanciness but cleans the dishes efficiently, quietly, without taking all day, which is exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I have is the way most dishwashers are built now, they have a telescoping arm that extends from the bottom of the machine up through the bottom rack to the top rack (see photo). This takes up a decent amount of space therefore lessening the rack space available for dirty dishes. Other than that, I have no complaints. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I thought my dishwasher was not cleaning. Come find out the water was turned off to the dishwasher. I did not realize I had to specifically turn a valve to the dishwasher to get water flowing. It is a brand new home. I have only ran it twice since then but it seems to be working much better now. :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rack is terrible

The dishwasher functions great and there is no spotting when using the warm dry mode. We find the noise level to be acceptable and the settings easy to accomplish. However, the racks are another issue. When placing soup bowls and soup dishes, in the lower rack particularly, they fall over and will not stand up straight. I believe this is due to all the rack pins being straight and do not have a step in them to support the bowls properly. This is the only issue we see with this machine. Does the Job

It came with our newly built home. It's pretty basic as it only has a turn dial with two settings-normal vs heavy. There is also a button for air dry vs heat. Space is adequate. I can fit large things on the bottom like my highchair tray and wine glasses on top no problem. Dishes come out clean but I am the type who washes them with soap and water first. Does the job with nothing extra. It is pretty quiet in our open floor plan. Will keep it until it doesn't work then replace with stainless down the road. Scratches on door

Bought mobile home and I paid extra to "upgrade" all new appliances. I've been in my home less than 2 weeks and I don't cook. I'm very angry about the surface problems of the appliances. The dishwasher Model#FBD2400KB11B (used once) has deep scratched lines on the door. Did not come with a protective film to remove. The other 2 appliances, refrigerator Model#FFSS2315TE0 and microwave Model#FFMV1645TB (used once) are all experiencing the same issues. None can be wiped off in ANY manner. Read the owners manuals before touching them but found that even when strictly following the guidelines there's no way to avoid scratches or swirls. So, I don't touch them. Honestly, I believe the surfaces on these appliances are defective because no one could own them and avoid damage. It should not be where I can't touch the surfaces for fear of all the damage AND I don't believe others would tolerate experiencing the same issues. The Range surfaces are what I'd expect on all these appliances, it's relatively easy to clean and it's even a Ceramic Glass Cooktop. No children live in the home.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT - DO NOT BUY!

I just purchased this dishwasher and unfortunately it has a major manufacturer's defect, as it is missing the vent on the inside of the front door on the stainless steel model. Since there is no venting, the entire dishwasher and the dishes remain soaked even days after running it in heated dry and/or air dry mode. It appears that the white and black color options of this model aren't defective, as they have the vents that they should. See the attached photos.
