I previously used a prescription medication to calm myself when I get stressed, and also when I have trouble sleeping, but since using this I don't need the prescription type. I tend to worry too much, and it keeps me awake, but I am doing much better, and the price is so affordable. It is worth a try and has no adverse side affects. What a relief to feel calm and be able to focus again.
