This item really helped to eliminate the pain I experience from plantar fasciitis. I purchased a pair to put in my slipper too. If your experiencing any type of heal pain you'll be surprised how much of a difference this support will make! Thumb up!
After buying two other insoles for the heel pain I was experiencing for three weeks, I saw these ,that is made for women. After two days of wearing them in my everyday shoes, the pain was gone, I could walk without limping . So far I have been wearing them for a full week and I still don't understand how they work, but they do.
I was very happy to find this product as stepping down on my right heel was very painful. I bought this product and found two shoe inserts, one for each shoe. I was amazed at how much they have been helping me to be able to walk on that sore heel without much pain. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with heel pain.
I like to hike/walk about 6 miles a day. With that activity comes PF pain. Walking barefoot was impossible but when my heels hurt even while wearing my cushioned sneakers, I had to do something. I had purchased these a while ago and decided to finally use them (I know - I split an infinitive). It was a miracle - no pain when walking in any of my shoes (flats, sneakers, boots, etc.). Dr. Scholls recently had a sale so I bought 8 more packages of these so that I will never run out. Could not be happier with my results.
Just the right cushion for walking with Plantar fascitis. Walking is painfree.
I tried these as a last resort because I was not able to afford to repair my $600 orthotics. I was pleasantly surprised and a little steamed that my $9.62 pair of Dr. Scholls would do the trick. I am going to continue to buy them for every pair of shoes I own and I expect the same results for my plantar fascitis.
this product has helped with the cushion of the heal for impact but I do use it on top of another arch support but I got it in great shape and very fast said two days had it next day
I got a new waitressing job and my feet were dying, even with pain medicine. My feet are built different, so it feels really good on my right foot, it still hurts, but it takes a few hours for me to feel it. My left foot hated the insole, it felt like it was being stabbed in the arch. So, I only wear it in the right foot. It is still holding up pretty well, which is nice considering they were less than $10.
I am someone who suffered from chronic "Plantar Fasciitis" foot pain in my right foot for nine months last year. At one time, the pain was so bad that I was confined to a chair or bed for days at a time and could only walk for brief periods of time when necessary. I tried expensive specialty shoe inserts without much relief. This pair of foot inserts, however, has helped support my foot in such a way that I can now walk pain free to do my grocery shopping and other activities. I sometimes get some foot pain upon waking up in the morning, but it goes away once I wear my shoes with these inserts. I also put a pair of the inserts in my slippers and shoes that I wear inside my house. Never walk barefoot, and say "good-bye" to flip-flops to help keep "Plantar Fasciitis" away! My left foot never had the "Plantar Fasciitis" problem, but I wear a foot insert in my shoe for that foot, too, now so that I get equal support for both of my feet. This is a GREAT product!
I have plantar fasciitis and the pain in my feet can get down right excruciating. These inserts work great but they're really thin so the relief doesn't last all day. When I first get up and get my day started my feet feel great but sometime around 2pm the pain starts to creep back. On days when I'm out all day I can barely walk by the time I get back home. Part of it is that I don't wear shoes that are very supportive but for $10 for a single pair, these inserts could stand to be more substantial.
